Betchton Neighbourhood Plan
Household SurveyTest

Test/staging version prepared from the Betchton Neighbourhood Plan survey question bank. Do not use real resident data in this staging instance.

About this initial survey

This is the initial Neighbourhood Plan household survey. It helps Betchton Parish Council understand local views on rural character, heritage, design, routes, recreation, local events and the future of the parish.

The survey questions relate to the Neighbourhood Plan. If you would like to add anything extra, there is an opportunity at the end to tell the Parish Council about wider concerns or ideas.

If more than one occupant at the same address would like to complete their own survey, the access-code page can create an additional access code and QR code after a postcode is entered.

The Parish Council will also organise a local meeting so residents can talk through matters in person, put points directly to the Parish Council, and have issues discussed as the Neighbourhood Plan work develops.

Terms, privacy and GDPR information

This test survey uses dummy access tokens only. For a live survey, each household would receive a unique access code or link so the survey can normally accept one completed response per household.

The survey is configured so survey answers are anonymous. The answer record will not contain your name or address unless you type identifying information into an answer yourself.

The household address/token register are kept separately from survey answers.

When testing please avoid including personal information about other people in your answers.

Betchton Parish Council's website privacy policy is available at www.betchtonpc.org.uk/privacy.html.

Your answers are recorded as you progress. You may return at any time to continue.
